SURVEY ENDORSEMENT FOR LOAN COMMITMENT AND POLICY

FOR MARYLAND AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

Attached to and Made a Part of Loan Commitment/Policy No. _________________

Dated as of the date of the Commitment/Policy to which this Endorsement is attached.

The Company hereby eliminates from its Loan Title Insurance Commitment the exception reading as follows:

Any discrepancies, conflict or shortages in area or boundary lines, or any encroachments or any overlapping of improvements which a correct survey would show.

Further, the Company insures against actual loss by reason of encroachment, other than by party walls, whether by the building on the land encroaching upon adjacent property or into an established minimum building restriction set-back line, or by any building on adjacent property encroaching upon the said land.

The total liability of the Company under said Policy and any endorsement therein shall not exceed, in the aggregate, the face amount of said policy and cost which the Company is obligated under the Conditions and Stipulations thereof to pay.
