MD Deed-Assignment 1

THIS DEED of ASSIGNMENT, made this _______ day of __________, 20_______, by and between DAVID D. DOE and DONNA DOE, husband and wife, parties of the first part; and JOHN Q. PUBLIC and NANCY Q. PUBLIC, husband and wife, parties of the second part.

WITNESSETH, That in consideration of the sum of ___________________ & _______/100 DOLLARS ($_______________), the said parties of the first part do grant and assign unto the said parties of the second part, as tenants by the entireties, their assigns, the survivor of them and the survivor's personal representatives and assigns all that property situate in ____________ County, State of Maryland, that is to say:

TOGETHER with the buildings thereupon, and the rights, alleys, ways, waters, privileges, appurtenances and advantages thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described lot(s) of ground and premises to the said parties of the second part, as tenants by the entireties, their assigns, the survivor of them and the survivor's personal representatives and assigns, for all residue of the term of years yet to come and unexpired therein with the benefit of renewal forever; subject to the payment [state terms of payment here].

AND the said parties of the first part hereby covenants that they have not done or suffered to be done any act, matter or thing whatsoever, to encumber the property hereby conveyed; that they will warrant specially the property hereby granted, and that they will execute such further assurances as may be requisite.
