SPECIAL JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED

For the consideration of Ten Dollars, and other valuable considerations, I or we,

do hereby convey to

not as tenants in common and not as community property estate, but as joint tenants with right of survivorship, the following real property situated in the County of _______________, State of Arizona, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto, to wit:

SUBJECT TO: Current taxes, assessments, reservations in patents and all easements, rights of way, encumbrances, liens, covenants, conditions, restrictions, obligations and liabilities as may appear of record.

And the Grantor hereby binds itself and its successors to warrant and defend the title, as against all acts of the Grantor herein and no other, subject to the matters above set forth.

The grantees by signing the acceptance below evidence their intention to acquire said premises as joint tenants with the right of survivorship, and not as community property or as tenants in common.
