Know All Men by These Presents, that I, A.B., ________, of _________, for a valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby release and discharge form the operation of a certain mortgage deed executed by C.D. to said A.B., dated _________, 20______, and recorded in volume ____________, page _________, of _________ county records of mortgages, such part of the property described therein as is known and described as follows, to wit: [description of premises released].

Provided, however, that this release shall not be construed to waive or in any manner affect or invalidate the lien of said mortgage deed upon the residue of the real property described therein.
