RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - South Dakota Rate Manual - Revised Schedule of Charges - Effective September 9, 2024
Dear Associates:
Attached please find the revised Schedule of Charges for Title Insurance in the State of South Dakota. These changes become effective on September 9, 2024.
South Dakota Rate Manual (link to Manual)
The revisions to the Schedule of Charges modify the following sections of the rate manual:
- The Simultaneous Issue rate is to be increased from $75 to $100.
- The Reissue Rate is to be increased from 75% to 80%.
- The California Land Title Association endorsements (CLTA) have been removed from the filed rate.
These rates have been provided to third-party title production system (TPS) vendors. Please contact your TPS vendor or account services representative to have the new/revised rates implemented in your system.
