Stewart Title Guaranty Company (“STGC” or “Company”) is filing an updated endorsement form CA – STG Modified CLTA 104.10 – Assignment of Mortgage. This form is pending California Department of Insurance approval, anticipated to become effective for orders opened on or after September 12, 2024; please post as required. The form has been updated to reflect the underwriting required changes set forth in its recent Non-Institutional Lender bulletin. This updated endorsement form will also be available in STGC’s Virtual Underwriter.
