RE: RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - Rates and/or Forms Filing

Dear Associates:

Stewart Title Guaranty Company (“STG” or “Company”) filed an updated Schedule of Charges and Forms for Title Insurance in the State of California ("STGC Manual"). This updated STGC Manual corrected an obvious typographical error in two ranges in the Section 11.6 ALTA Concurrent Rate chart. This updated STGC Manual is approved and is effective for orders opened on or after July 22, 2024; please post as required. Attached are the links to these updated versions as well as, for your convenience, links to the original filed versions. (Click here to view a copy of the Updated “Redline” showing only the typographical error correction; the Updated “Accepted” version, the previously filed and approved Original “Redline” and Original “Accepted” versions).

The Updated accepted version is your final, approved STGC Manual. For details on all the redline changes from the original filing, please refer to the June 2024 bulletin detailing those changes.

If you have any questions about this bulletin, any pricing concerns, or any other bulletin please contact a member of your Stewart Title Guaranty Company’s California underwriting team.
