UNDERWRITING - Hernando County Search and Recording Issues
Dear Associates:
This bulletin replaces FL2024003 dated April 4, 2024.
We previously advised that the government offices in Hernando County experienced a cyber event which affected the ability to search and record land documents.
The issue has been resolved and normal Stewart Title Guaranty Company search and recording requirements can be resumed.
