Dear Associates:
Effective immediately, any request to insure a lease in Georgia that is, pursuant to its terms, referred to as being a “usufruct” or is for a term of less than five (5) years will require the review and approval of a Stewart Title Guaranty Company Senior Underwriter or Senior Associate Underwriter before proceeding with the transaction.
