RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - Revised Kentucky Rate Manual
Dear Associates:
The Kentucky Rate Manual is being redistributed due to a change in the Refinance Rate calculation. Section 7, Refinance Charges for Loan Policies, has been revised to remove the five-year cap on refinance rates, so that the reduced rate may be given on any refinance regardless of when the existing loan policy was issued. A few technical corrections were also made to commercial endorsement pricing. The revised manual can be found HERE.
