RE: UNDERWRITING- Non-Imputation Additional Insured Endorsement

Please be advised that the filed form of TIRSA Non-Imputation Additional Insured – Owner's Policy Only Endorsement (03/08/2024) at pp. 247-248 of the current TIRSA Rate Manual, inadvertently lost a provision from the prior version.  The Endorsement is missing a provision/signature block by which the named Insured in Schedule A expressly acknowledges the Endorsement in compliance with Section 18 of the Rate Manual, and align with the terms of the Endorsement itself, to wit “By execution below, the Insured named in Schedule A acknowledges. . . ”

Accordingly, until the form is revised in the Rate Manual, please insert the following at the foot of the Endorsement prior to issuance:

AGREED AND CONSENTED TO: ____________________________

A link to the revised Stewart form of the Endorsement can be found below for your immediate use.

If you have any questions regarding the above, please get in touch with the Stewart Title Legal Department at 212-922-0050 and speak with any Underwriting Counsel.
