RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - California Rate Manual Filing Effective 7-17-23 Update
Dear Associates:
Stewart Title Guaranty Company’s (“STG” or “Company”) newly amended Schedule of Charges and Forms for Title Insurance in the State of California ("STGC Manual") is effective for orders opened on or after July 17, 2023.
Please see Bulletin CA2023008 for details of the STGC Manual changes and a link to the “Redline” and the “Accepted” versions.
