RE: RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - NEW RATES APPROVED

Dear Associates:

The following new rates are now available for use in Indiana effective May 15, 2023:

The revised rate manual is available here

The following is a summary of the changes to the rate manual:

  1. Correct the definition of residential real property (page 5)
  2. Correct the calculation for Residential Simultaneous Issue Loan higher than Owner to read that there is an additional charge of $1 per $1000 for the additional coverage (page 6)
  3. Correct the minimum charge for the Expanded Loan Policy from $165 to $83 (page 10)

Please remember to contact Property Info Customer Care or your title production software vendor to get the new rates implemented in your system.
