SB210 An Act relative to the sale of manufactured housing parks. (Amends RSA 205-A:21)

HB1448 An Act relative to the pretermitted heir statute.
This bill revises the statute governing pretermitted heirs (RSA 551:10) by expanding definitions and classifications of a child not named (omitted) in a testator’s will. The Act also sets forth the share of a qualifying omitted child and repeals RSA 551:11. Please see the full text of the law for more details.

HB1344 An Act relative to the authority of real estate brokers. (Amends RSA 331-A)
This bill requires that any contract for the sale of real property within New Hampshire shall be executed by the owner of such property or by a person with power of attorney to execute such a contract on behalf of the owner. Please see the full text of the law for more details.

HB1103 An ACT relative to certain assets in a divorce proceeding.
This bill provides that, in a divorce proceeding, the court shall not require a party to sell a marital asset if the party is able to compensate the other party for his or her interest in it and the sale is not required for an equitable division of the marital property. SB354 An ACT relative to insurance adjuster licensing, insurance producer licensing fees, and the sale of credit life and credit accident and health insurance policies by banks.
This bill clarifies what constitutes good cause for purposes of insurance claim adjuster license denial, suspension, revocation, and fine. This bill also clarifies that certain biennial renewal fees are nonrefundable. This bill also specifies that banks do not need insurance licenses to sell credit life and credit accident and health insurance. Please see the full text of the law for more details.

HB1097 An ACT relative to taxation of income of New Hampshire residents when working remotely for an out of state employer.
This bill declares the position of the state on income earned and received by residents of the state of New Hampshire for services entirely performed within this state. Income from employer-employee relationship such as wage income, salary income, or other employee compensation earned or received by residents of the state of New Hampshire for services entirely performed within the state of New Hampshire shall not be subject to personal income taxation in any other state.
