It has been reported that 2 individuals have been apprehended allegedly stealing both UPS and Federal Express packages from their respective mailing boxes in the New Rochelle area of Westchester. Additional details may be found here:

It is strongly recommended that all Federal Express, UPS or other packages containing payoffs for example be dropped off at their respective stores, and that delivery of any envelopes that may have been shipped from this area be confirmed with their respective carrier.
