Attached please find the revised Schedule of Charges for Title Insurance in The State of Wisconsin. These changes become effective on May 11, 2022.

The revisions to the Schedule of Charges pertain to, and modify, the following sections of the rate manual. Additionally, language throughout the Manual has been revised to enhance clarity.
Revisions to Section B. Commitments to Insure
Item 1: Increase Charge for Foreclosure Commitment from $375 to $475.
Revisions to Section C. Owner’s Policies
Item 1: Increase Basic Schedule of Charges for Owner’s and Leasehold Policies from $475 to $525.
Item 2: Increase original charge for Homeowner’s Policy from $110% to 115%.
Item 4: Increase the Charge for Master and Take-off Policies from $150 to $175; Add charge of $375 for Non-Residential Take-off Policies and increase minimum charge for Master Owner Policy Credit to $175 for residential and $375 for non-residential.
Section D. Loan Policies
Item 1: Increase Basic Schedule of Charges for Loan Policies from $475 to $525.
Item 2: Increase Refinance Charges for Residential Loan Policies for Expedited Search from $375 to $400 and the Full Search from $500 to $525.
Item 3: Increase Residential Purchase Money Mortgage Charge from $375 to $400.
Item 4: Increase original charge for Expanded Coverage Residential Loan Policies from $110% to 115%.
Item 6. Modify liability range of Residential Construction Loan Policy to $1- $675,000.
Item 7: Increase Charge for Refinance of Residential Construction Loan from $200 to $225.
Item 8: Increase Fixed Charge for the ALTA Residential Limited Coverage Junior Loan Policy from $125 to $150.
Section E. Simultaneous Issue
Item 1: Increase the Residential Simultaneous Loan Policy charge from $375 to $400; Increase the Non-Residential Simultaneous Loan Policy charge from $400 to $425.
Section F. Time Share Charge: Increase Time Share Charge from $275 to $300
Revisions to Section G - Endorsements
- File a charge of $225 for ALTA 4.1 for owner’s policies.
- Eliminate the charge for the ALTA 9.10.
- Increase Non-Residential charges for ALTA Series 15 from $250 to $500.
- File a Residential charge for ALTA 17.2 Endorsement of $125.
- Increase Non-Residential charge for ALTA 18 series from $125 to $150.
- Decrease Residential charges for ALTA 18.1 and 18.2 from $250 to $125.
- Eliminate the charge for the ALTA 23.
- Increase Non-Residential charge for ALTA 24 from $125 to $250.
- Change Residential charges for ALTA Series 32 as follows: $250 up to $10 million in liability and $500 for liability over $10 million. No charge to lender if the issuing office is handling the construction disbursements under a written disbursing agreement.
- Change Non-Residential charges for ALTA Series 32 as follows: $250 up to $10 million in liability; over $10 million is $500.
- File charges for the ALTA 34.1 for $250 residential and $300 non-residential.
- Increase Residential charge for ALTA 46 to $250 and Non-Residential to $500.
- File “No Charge” for the ALTA 47 series.
- Increase charge for JR2 from $25 to $50.
- Increase Gap Coverage charge for residential from $125 to $150.
- File “No Charge” for the General Endorsement.
- File “No Charge” for the STG ALTA Homeowners Endorsement 7-1-2021.
- File “No Charge” for the STG Amendment of Covered Risk 10 on 2021 ALTA Loan Policy 7-1-2021.
- File “No Charge” for the STG Deletion of PACA-PSA Exclusion 7-1-2021.
- File “No Charge” for the STG Post Policy Forgery Endorsement w/ 2021 ALTA OP 7-1-2021.
- File a Non-Residential charge of $125 for the STG Secondary Market Endorsement.
- File a Non-Residential charge of $300 for the STG UCC Endorsement.
The remainder of the filed Schedule of Charges for Use in the State of Wisconsin remains unchanged.
NOTE REGARDING TITLE PRODUCTION SYSTEMS: Agents using AIM+ should contact PropertyInfo Customer Care to advise them of the new rate changes and request the changes be implemented in their AIM+ systems effective May 11, 2022. All other Agents should contact their software vendor to have the new rates populate in their systems as of May 11, 2022.
