Dear Associates:
After more than twenty years, Stewart Title Guaranty has filed a new Rate Schedule for Alaska. The new Rate Filing has increased the Basic Insurance Rate by 5%. The new minimum premium has been increased to $263.00. Each subsequent rate was increased by 5%. A link to the new Rate Manual may be found here. A link to the red line version that delineates the effective changes may be found here. The new rates will take effect on November 18, 2022.
Please contact PropertyInfo Customer Care or your title production software vendor to have the new rates/forms changes implemented in their system.
