Dear Associates:

Bulletins SLS2020009 and SLS2018002 relating to Non-Institutional Lender Transactions are hereby rescinded.

Specific state Bulletins for California and Washington are being issued concurrently with this Bulletin in replacement of the rescinded Bulletins. Additional state Bulletins may be issued in replacement of the rescinded Bulletins.
