RE: UNDERWRITING - Termination of Remote Notarization authorized under Emergency Order #11 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04

Dear Associates: 

On March 23, 2020, Governor Christopher T. Sununu issued Emergency Order #11 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04 - An order declaring a state of emergency due to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). Emergency Order #11, entitled, Temporary authority to perform secure remote online notarization, a full copy of which can be found (here), expired at 12:00 a.m. EST on June 12, 2021, with the expiration of New Hampshire’s State of Emergency as declared by Governor Sununu at a press conference held on June 10, 2021.

As a reminder, only original completed documents which are fully executed with wet signatures of the signor and notary, and in compliance with previously issued Stewart Title Guaranty Underwriting Bulletins - NH2020003 and NH2020004, prior to 12:00 a.m. EST on June 12, 2021, may be relied upon for the purpose of insuring title relying on Emergency Order #11.
