Dear Associates:
NCGS Section 10B-25, which was added to provide for Emergency video notarization during the COVID-19 State of Emergency that was originally set to expire on August 1, 2020, has been extended to December 31, 2021.
NCGS Section 10B-200 and NCGS Section 10B-201, which were added to provide for Emergency video witnessing during the COVID-19 State of Emergency that were originally set to expire on August 1, 2020, have been extended to December 31, 2021.
Consequently, at this time we will continue to insure remote closings using real time audio/video conferencing technology handled consistent with our NC2020004 bulletin.
