LEGISLATIVE UPDATE - Legislation RON HB1655
Dear Associates:
On July 6, 2020, Missouri enacted HB 1655 allowing Remote Online Notarization. The Secretary of State is to adopt standards of implementation. Enacting this law will not change our current practice of partnering with an approved RON provider. Please refer to Virtual Underwriter for a current list of approved RON platforms and additional resources.
