RE: RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - Refinance Rate Change

Dear Associates:

Effective immediately, the Refinance Rate for Massachusetts 1-4 family residential properties is available for all refinance transactions if the property is currently encumbered by a first mortgage. This is a change from the existing Refinance Rate, which limits the rate to those transactions where the property is encumbered by a first mortgage recorded within the last 7 years. The remaining provisions of the most current Rate Manual effective as of August 1, 2011, remain in effect.
