UNDERWRITING - Michigan Supreme Court Administrative Order 2020-08 of June 3, 2020
Dear Associates:
Please be advised that The Michigan Supreme Court, by its Administrative Order 2020-08 (attached), rescinded its prior Administrative Order 2020-4 that tolled (suspended) the periods for all fillings, jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional in the Michigan Appeals Court and Michigan Supreme Court.
Effective June 8, 2020 all appeal periods will begin running again for Court Orders entered before March 24, 2020. For all Orders entered after March 24, 2020 the applicable appeal period will start running June 8.
