RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - New Rates [Revised 2-11-20]
Dear Associates:
The North Carolina Title Insurance Rating Bureau has issued, and the North Carolina Department of Insurance has approved, title insurance rate increases. The new rates are effective as of March 1, 2020. The Final Generic Rate Brochure showing the new rates is attached hereto.
You should immediately contact your title production software vendor to have the new rates implemented into your system.
