The Missouri Department of Insurance approved the following ALTA forms for Missouri effective September 6, 2019.
ALTA 3.3-06 Zoning Completed Improvement Non-Conforming Use, 12-01-18
ALTA 3.4-06 Zoning-No Zoning Classification, 12-01-18
ALTA 18.3-06 Single Tax Parcel and ID, 12-01-18
The Missouri Arbitration Endorsement should be used when this new form is issued for Missouri.
Agents please contact PropertyInfo Customer Care or your title production software vendor to get the new form changes implemented in your system.
As a reminder, other forms should not be used if a comparable ALTA version is available. If a comparable ALTA version is available, the most current version of the ALTA form available in your state should be used, unless approved by a Stewart underwriter.
