Stewart Title Insurance Rate Calculator
The New York Rate Calculator, which also calculates NY Transfer and Mansion Taxes, has been updated to reflect the changes in the New York State Budget Bill. The new Transfer and Mansion tax rates, which will take effective on July 1, 2019, will be reflected on any calculation beginning July 1, 2019.
