Please be advised that the Bergen County Clerk’s Office has switched to a new platform for their data system, which has caused a significant delay for recording documents in that county. The county board date is currently November 20, 2019.
As a result of the delay, the following exception is required on all title commitments for any property located in Bergen County until further notice.
The county search is currently certified as of November 20, 2019, and the title company reserves the right to add additional exceptions and/or requirements upon a review of any such documents when available for review.
