This bulletin is to remind you that the Texas Insurance Department has enacted numerous changes to the licensing provision of the Basic Manual. The effective date of the changes is March 1, 2019.
In many respects, the changes were made to reflect previous changes to the law and TDI regulations and forms. The changes are too numerous to set out in a bulletin. We have attached the TDI notification to this bulletin. Stewart’s agency services managers and our licensing folks are studying the changes and will be available to assist you as needed.
