Dear Associates:
Please be advised that the North Dakota Department of Insurance has approved our revised state rate manual, a link to which can be accessed HERE. The only major change is found on pages 4 and 5 under B.2.b. Simultaneous Issue, wherein the minimum fee it raised from $50 to $100.
There also have been some minor adjustments to the list of endorsements under Section C but there have been no changes in their rates. For example, several endorsements have been deleted because they duplicate an existing ALTA endorsement but there is no intention to eliminate the coverage, just avoid confusion. The effective date for the use of this manual is February 21, 2019.
Please remember to contact Propertyinfo Customer Care or your title production software vendor to get the changes implemented in your system.
