RE: UNDERWRITING - Miami-Dade Ordinance Section 18-20.2 - Disclosure of Special Taxing District to Purchasers Postponed

Dear Associates:

We recently issued a bulletin (FL2018002) regarding the Miami-Dade County ordinance, which would have required the special taxing district be disclosed on deeds, and the information provided be acknowledged by the deed’s grantees. Please be advised that the implementation date for this ordinance has been postponed for ninety (90) days, and it is quite possible that the ordinance will never be implemented with these requirements. We will continue to keep you involved as we learn of future developments.
