Dear Associates:
Please be advised that the following form has been approved for issuance in the state of Washington effective April 16, 2018:
- ALTA Short Form Commitment for an ALTA Short Form Residential Loan Policy (009-UN) (12-1-17). Please note that the "Notice" provision should be included in the form.
Please contact Property info Customer Care or your title production software provider to have this form added to your system.
As a reminder, other forms should not be used if a comparable ALTA version is available. If a comparable ALTA version is available, the most current version of the ALTA form available in your state should be used, unless approved by a Stewart underwriter.
