RE: RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - New Forms for North Dakota

Dear Associates:

Please be advised that the following forms have been approved for issuance in the state of North Dakota effective May 7, 2018:  

  • ALTA Short Form Commitment for a Short Form Residential Loan Policy 
  • Form ALTA Limited Pre-Foreclosure Policy 
  • Form ALTA Form 23.1-06 Co-Insurance - Multiple Policies 
  • Form ALTA Limited Pre-Foreclosure Policy - Date-Down Endorsement     

Please note that the "Notice" provision should be included in the ALTA Short Form Commitment for a Short Form Residential Loan Policy. 

Please contact PropertyInfo Customer Care or your title production software provider to have these added to your system. 

As a reminder, other forms should not be used if a comparable ALTA version is available. If a comparable ALTA version is available, the most current version of the ALTA form available in your state should be used, unless approved by a Stewart underwriter.
