Effective January 1, 2018, the Nevada Affiliate Rate Manual was revised and distributed adding a Zone 2 pricing schedule, covering Clark, Lincoln, and Nye Counties only. It was discovered shortly thereafter that there was a scrivener’s error affecting the Zone 2 pricing schedule.
Please find attached, the revised Nevada Affiliate Rate Manual with the Zone 2 pricing schedule corrections. The effective date on the corrected Rate Manual was February 9, 2018, so it is for immediate use.
The standard arbitration endorsement is to be issued with the policy to comply with the regulations in Nevada concerning arbitration matters.
