An important CORRECTION to Nebraska Bulletin NE2017004:
On page 2, of the bulletin, paragraph designated C. LIEN FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE REIMBURSEMENT, subparagraph A.1. indicates that the act applies to transfers On or before the effective date of the Act should read On or AFTER the effective date of the Act.
This correction has been made to the bulletin on Virtual Underwriter.
