We have been advised that a fake notary stamp and forged signature of the following California Notary Public have appeared on fraudulent grant deeds:

If you have any pending transactions involving documents purportedly notarized by this Notary Public, or if you recently closed any transactions involving documents purportedly notarized by this Notary Public, please contact Stewart Legal Services.

A fraudulent deed relating to the following property was recently discovered:  

2245 East 14th St., Long Beach, CA 90804; APN: 7260-020-017
Purported grantor on fraudulent deed:  Paul Mousel
Purported grantee on fraudulent deed:  Donnie Mayes
Last legitimate deed of record also includes John N. Mousel and Catherine Mousel as grantees
