Please be advised that a new All Inclusive Rate Manual of Charges and Forms has been filed with the State of South Dakota and approved for use effective April 8, 2016, a copy of which is attached for your convenience.
PLEASE NOTE: Rates cannot be taken from different manuals. Either the risk rate or the all-inclusive rate may be used. If you choose to use the all-inclusive rate, please contact your Agency Manager to obtain a contract amendment prior to use.
Please contact PropertyInfoCustomerCare or your title production software vendor to have the new rates and/or forms added to your production system.
