RE: RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - Effective April 6, 2016

Dear Associates:

The following forms have been approved for use in Rhode Island effective April 6, 2016: 

(1) ALTA Residential Limited Coverage Mortgage Modification Policy (12-01-14);

(2) ALTA Endorsement 9.9-06 Private Rights - Owner Policy; and 

(3) ALTA Endorsement 9.6-06 Private Rights - Loan Policy.  

The ALTA Residential Limited Coverage Mortgage Modification Policy may be issued in connection with a modification of a mortgage by an institutional lender covering one-to-four residential real property or condominiums. The charge for the ALTA Residential Limited Coverage Mortgage Modification Policy shall be $150.00. The rate shall not include any charge for separate services, including abstracting or search services, or recording, that are provided to institutional lenders.

Agents, please contact PropertyInfo Customer Care or your title production software vendor to get the new rates/forms changes implemented in your system.
