Please be advised that the a new Rate Manual and new forms and endorsements have been approved for use effective December 16, 2016 for North Dakota and December 21, 2016 for South Dakota.
As with all forms and endorsements, they may only be issued under appropriate circumstances and underwriting. Please contact your title production software provider to get the new forms implemented in your system. Enclosed is a copy of the new Manual of Charges and Forms for the state of North Dakota and South Dakota.
As a reminder, other forms should not be used if a comparable ALTA version is available. If a comparable ALTA version is available, the most current version of the ALTA form available in each state should be used, unless approved by a Stewart underwriter.
