RE: RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - ALTA Policy Forms and Endorsements Filing - New Forms - Effective date November 30, 2016

Dear Associates:

The Kansas Department of Insurance approved the following ALTA forms and endorsements for use in Kansas effective November 30, 2016. In order to comply with Kansas statute KSA 5-401, the Arbitration Endorsement linked below should be attached to the new policies when issued.

NOTE: Agents please contact PropertyInfo Customer Care or your title production software vendor to get the new form changes implemented in your system. 

As a reminder, other forms should not be used if a comparable ALTA version is available. If a comparable ALTA version is available, the most current version of the ALTA form available in each state should be used, unless approved by a Stewart underwriter.
