  • ALTA Endorsement 18.2-06 Multiple Tax Parcel (E-9233) (8-1-16)
  • ALTA Endorsement 36.7-06 Energy Project-Fee Estate-Owner’s Policy (E-9275) (12-1-14)
  • ALTA Endorsement 36.8-0-6 Energy Project-Fee Estate-Loan Policy (E-9276) (12-1-14)

The standard arbitration endorsement is to be issued with the policy to comply with the regulations in Hawaii concerning arbitration matters.

As a reminder, other forms should not be used if a comparable ALTA version is available. If a comparable ALTA version is available, the most current version of the ALTA form available in each state should be used, unless approved by a Stewart underwriter. 

Agents please contact PropertyInfo Customer Care or your title production software vendor to get the new rate(s) changes implemented in your system.
