On November 15, 2016, various amendments, additions and corrections to the California Rate Manual will become effective. A full copy of the amended Rate Manual is attached here.
Pursuant to Cal. Ins. Code § 12401.7, you must publicly display the Rate Manual in each of your offices for no less than 30 days before you apply any of the amendments, additions and corrections.
Stewart will provide you with a subsequent document highlighting the changes but you need to post the Rate Manual as soon as possible in your office. The 30 day posting period runs without regard to the effective date of the manual.
