Changes have been made to the New Jersey Rate Manual effective February 15, 2016. These changes include the withdrawal of the following residential loan policies and the introduction of newly available residential loan policies as referenced below.
New Policy Forms:
NJRB 2-17: ALTA Expanded Coverage Residential Loan Policy - Current Assessments (04-02-15) (New Jersey Variation): This form is being introduced as the New Jersey variation of the ALTA Form adopted April 2015.
NJRB 2-18: ALTA Short Form Expanded Coverage Residential Loan Policy - Current Assessments (04-02-15) (New Jersey Variation): This form is being introduced as the New Jersey variation of the ALTA Form adopted in April 2015.
NJRB 2-19: ALTA Short Form Residential Loan Policy - Current Violations (04-02-15) (New Jersey Variation): This form is being introduced as the New Jersey variation of the ALTA Form adopted in April 2015.
The following forms have been withdrawn:

NJRB 2-14: ALTA Short Form Expanded Coverage Residential Loan Policy (10-22-03) (New Jersey Variation)

Pricing for all forms as approved by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance [NJDOBI] is set forth in the Rate Manual.
