Nassau County Clerk Block Fee Increase; Nassau County Assessor Tax Map Verification Fee Increase; Effective December 7, 2015
This bulletin is to advise that Section 19-17.0 of the Nassau County Administrative Code has been amended to increase the Nassau County Clerk block recording fee from $150.00 to $300.00. This increase takes effect on Monday, December 7, 2015.
In separate legislation, the Tax Map Verification Letter fee has increased from $75.00 to $225.00. This increase also takes effect on Monday, December 7, 2015.
Once further information is obtained from either the Nassau County Clerk or Assessor, we will inform you.
