RE: RATES AND/OR FORMS UPDATE - New ALTA Forms and Endorsements

Dear Associates:

The Guam Department of Insurance has approved for use in Guam on October 5, 2015,the American Land Title Association (ALTA) forms listed below. The new endorsement forms are designed to be used with the 2006 ALTA Loan and Owner's Policies already approved for use in the state. Pricing for the new endorsements will be determined by an Underwriter.
