Please begin using the attached STGC Schedule D, which we have recently revised and furnished to the TDI. This revision replaces the former 12/12 version, and reflects a new date of 12/31/2013.
This update removed Michael B. Skalka in A-2 from members of the Board of Directors, and in A-3 replaced Paul Sands with Bruce Hawley, Executive Vice President – National Title Services.
We are in the process of placing the new form in AIM+ and our national forms library and in STEPS.
The now current form is attached for your convenience.
