Search the Database

Before closing a transaction, all issuing offices must search the names of the parties to the transaction, including the seller, buyer/borrower, payoff lender and new lender, using the Special Alerts database.  Go to the Special Alerts database to search for specific names, entities and properties.

Dear Associates:

Effective immediately, all issuing offices are instructed not to accept any orders or close any transactions involving persons using the following names without the written approval of a Stewart Legal Services representative:

Benjamin Disraeli, with a purported address at 101 Marietta St. N.W., Suite 1700, Atlanta, GA 30303

David Miller, with a purported address at 40 N Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85004

The persons named above have been misrepresenting themselves as affiliated with Stewart and have used the Stewart name and logo without authorization in various communications relating to timeshares. These persons have no affiliation with Stewart.

If you have any pending transactions involving these persons, or if you recently closed any transactions involving them, please contact the following Stewart Legal Services representatives:
