Pursuant to the Act of May 27, 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S. (HB 2978) and section 22.018 of the Texas Government Code, the Supreme Court of Texas approved a set of forms for use in expedited foreclosure proceedings under Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 736 for a lien securing (1) a home equity loan, reverse mortgage, or home equity line of credit, (2) a property owner’s association assessment, or (3) a tax lien transfer or property tax loan.

These forms are promulgated forms of the Supreme Court of Texas to conform to Rule 736. If you are presented with other forms, you must make sure the other forms conform to Rule 736.
