This Bulletin is being sent to you to advise you of a change in the Tennessee Rate Manual. Effective January 15, 2015, Schedule A and Schedule E will be amended regarding Montgomery County.
Montgomery County was previously listed with other counties in Schedule E. With the increase in their population, Montgomery County will now be moving to Schedule A to join that group of counties for Tennessee. Therefore there was a change to Schedule A (adding Montgomery County) and Schedule E (deleting Montgomery County) with the submission for Tennessee that was recently approved.
NOTE: Any office using AFW or AIM+ please contact Property Info Customer Care to get the new rate implemented in your system.
