Suffolk County Judgments
Stewart Title has been advised that Suffolk County discovered an indexing problem in the County Clerk's judgment system. Several thousand judgments were indexed in the wrong name fields of the database. The issue has largely been remedied and those judgments have now been given the date of when they were corrected. Some problem records still exist however. Please take extra care when examining Judgments in Suffolk County
