The Delaware Title Insurance Rating Bureau (“DTIRB”) submitted to the Delaware Department of Insurance six (6) revised endorsements, fourteen (14) new endorsements, and one (1) revised policy form. The forms were approved and will be effective October 1, 2013.

The revisions to the Rating Manual merely reflect the addition of the new forms, and the Schedule of Rates remains unchanged. The forms are available from the Delaware State Office and on www.vuwriter.com. Agents using AIM for Windows (AFW) or AIM+ should contact PropertyInfo Customer Care to have the changes and new rate(s) implemented into the AFW or AIM+ system.
